It all started 10 years ago with a great passion for quality meat and a strong desire to share it with our Romanian community and beyond.

While searching around London for a traditional Romanian butcher shop, where I could find the meat and dishes from my childhood, I realized that there was no location that offered what I was looking for.

That's when I decided to open a unique butcher shop that would bring an authentic and flavorful culinary experience to our community, and that's how La Cumetri-Welling Butcher Shop was born!

As a small family business, we pride ourselves on not using MSG, soy, or colorings in the preparation of our specialties.

We can say without modesty that we are the only Romanian butcher shop in London that uses authentic techniques and recipes, without making any compromises on quality.

We have a strict approach to the process of preparing our products, which is based on authentic traditional techniques and recipes.

We do not use artificial smoke to smoke our dishes, but only use temperature-controlled smokers and natural wood.

This allows us to achieve an authentic and high-quality taste, thus offering our customers an authentic culinary experience.
